  3. The VGA Broadcaster board adds multimedia to your computer by letting you 
  4. record on a VCR, display on a TV, or project with a video projector what you
  5. see on your screen.  You attach the VGA Broadcaster to your present VGA card's
  6. feature connector.

  8. Configured as a complete system, the board comes with software for digital
  9. sizing and positioning of video output.  You underscan the computer screen
  10. image, letting the full image be viewed on a standard video monitor.
